1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Personal care items

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
